Number Two vs. Kalamazoo!

Unfazed by the late first period marker, the Jackals controlled the pace of play and the offensive opportunities, firing 15 shots on net in the second period to Kalamazoo's six. Just past the halfway mark of the period, Justin Kea worked the puck ahead to Allan McPherson who streamed in firing a shot that caused a loose puck in front that was banged home by Tyler Currier. The goal was discussed at length by the officiating crew, but the final decision was a good goal.
